Properties
- The rehydration solution comes in pre-dosed sachets that simply need to be diluted in a glass (100 ml) of regular or mineral water. It can also be used by adults in cases of diarrhea or gastroenteritis.
- This rehydration solution in sachet form is designed to rehydrate but is not formulated to stop diarrhea or vomiting. Therefore, it is essential to follow the prescribed medical treatment in addition to using this solution.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
To be used only under medical advice. Administer orally, as needed, according to medical prescription after dissolving the contents of one sachet in 100 ml of water.

Osmolarity
Quantity of osmotic particles dissolved in one liter of water. The WHO previously recommended an osmolarity of 310 mosm for oral rehydration solutions. Recently, the WHO and UNICEF jointly recommended that ORS manufacturers reduce this osmolarity to around 235 mosm.
